Barney Petersen passed away on June 19, 2015 after a hard fought battle with brain cancer. Barney was a valuable member of the Bowdoin Marketing team and continued to work up until the very end. During his fight he was always afraid of letting his team down. He never did. he was inspiration to all of us during this time period.
When you first met Barney he came across as a very unassuming person. He would never have described himself as a sales person, but he was one of the best. His customers loved him and respected him. He was a bulldog in both his cancer fight and his job. He would not give it up until there was nothing more that he could do.
All of us at Bowdoin Marketing will miss his smile and sense of humor. Rest in Peace Barney knowing that you were loved by many.
