We use our own in house JOB program to track jobber calls made by our sales team. Our personnel enter the sales call information upon completion of the call using a 4G LTE iPad which connects directly to our server. This tool has been designed to provide optimum feedback to our factories on our sales efforts. Sales call reports are provided to the factory on a regular basis. The system also orders any displays or other material that a jobber needs on a nightly basis.
Call Mapping
Call mapping is a Google based mapping and routing solution that integrates with the Bowdoin Marketing data base and allows our sales team to plan, optimize and route out the days calls in just minutes. It also takes advantage of all known automotive customers within the Google system for additional prospects and leads.
